The Roasted :

After a morning of filling your fishing basket, it’s time to have lunch at the Shore Lunch, located at the center of the forest on the shores of the peaceful Charité Lake. To crown it all, the chef can roast some of your delicious morning catch, so you can enjoy them right away!

The Smoked:

Why not ask your guide to prepare you one or two of your morning catch in our smokehouse to enjoy them in one of our dining rooms for dinner? During the afternoon, our chefs will hot-smoke your fish in our famous Grizzly-Triton smokehouse with our secret recipe.

The tartare:

Is there anything better than enjoying your catch on the same day you caught them? Make delicious tartare with them. Our guides will carefully fillet the fish, and our chef will expertly prepare them (with supplement).
