TRITON’S SPOTTED TROUT TARTARE RECIPE

For 2 persons:

  • 200 gr. of fresh spotted trout fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1/2 tablespoon Meaux mustard or Bolets (Bon Bolet)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper PM
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 drops of worcestershire sauce and 4 drops of tabasco

 

Raise the trout fillet (video).

 

Remove all the fishbones (video).

 

Make small squares of about 1/4 of an inch (video).

 

Mix in a bowl with a spoon, gently,
Add all the ingredients one by one.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 min. and serve.
