The ready-to-fish package includes

Discover a new activity and introduce the whole family to fishing this summer! The Seigneurie du Triton is a family business surrounded by a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional quality of service, is the ideal place to make the first fishing experience. Provide the whole family with unique memories that everyone will love to remember. It is an extraordinary experience in the heart of nature, away from the hassle of everyday life, which will help to forge even stronger family ties around an activity providing well-being as well as a feeling of freedom. Find yourself in the middle of a lake, quiet with only the backdrop of the noise of the surrounding nature.

The Program for a minimum of 2 nights:

Day 1

  • Arrival for transfer by boat from 4pm
  • Reception and installation in the room at 5pm
  • Mini-clinic at 5:30
  • Departure to fishing
  • Dinner is served between 7pm and 9pm
  • Campfire in the evening

Day 2

  • 7am to 9am Breakfast
  • Departure for fishing
  • From 12 to 1:30 Lunch at the Shore-Lunch
  • Return to fishing or free activities in the afternoon
  • And return for evening fishing from 7pm to 8:30pm
  • Table d’hôte meal in the dining room
  • Stargazing in the evening

Day 3

  • 7am to 9am Breakfast
  • Free time to walk in the forest or go canoeing or return to fishing
  • Departure at the latest with the shuttle at 11:30

The Triton Ready-to-Fish Package includes:

  • 2 breakfasts
  • 1 lunch at the shore lunch
  • 2 evening meals at the table d’hôte
  • Accommodation for 2 nights in one of our hostels
  • Access to the trout fishing territory
  • Loan of fishing rods and tackle for the whole family
  • Free participation in the «pêche-en-herbe» program for children ages 9 to 12 (rod and license offered, depending on availability and acceptance to the program)
  • Mini Fishing Clinic (training on safety, rules and handling of the engine as well as a basic training on fishing)
  • Technical help during the day
  • Evisceration, storage and smoking of fish if desired
  • Access to outdoor activities and equipment in your spare time.

The Triton Ready-to-Fish Package includes:

  • Provincial fishing license
  • Bait
  • The gourmet a la carte menu
  • The service of a private guide
  • Return transportation to the outfitter (by car, train or seaplane)

The «pêche-en-herbe» program

Participation to «pêche-en-herbe» program (to be determined according to the acceptance of the program) to offer girls and boys aged 9 to 12 years to benefit from an introduction to fishing offered by our specialized guides, as part of the activity of the program Pêche en herbe. Initiated by the Quebec Wildlife Foundation to encourage the next generation of fishers, this program receives the collaboration of the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks (MFFP), and the financial support of its main partner, Canadian Tire. In addition to the training, the youngsters will receive a fishing certificate entitling them to fishing free of charge, until they are 18 years old. Ask for it when making your reservation.

Earliest arrival scheduled for the 4:00 p.m. boat and latest departure scheduled at 11:30 a.m. Taxes are not included and gratuity is at your own discretion.

For your safety and comfort:

  • It’s your responsibility to wear your life jacket at all times during water activities.
  • Children must wear a life jacket that corresponds to their respective size and weight.
  • It’s your duty to keep children under parental supervision.
  • Swimming is at your own risk.
  • Campfires are permitted in designated areas, except when the fire index is too high.
  • All cameras and electronic devices should be protected in waterproof cases. If you don’t have one, it’s best to leave your devices in your room. If you wish to bring them on a water excursion,
  • you do so at your own risk. La Seigneurie du Triton cannot be held responsible for material damages in case of contact with water.
  • It’s important to wear proper footwear on paths with natural obstacles such as rocks, branches, roots, water holes and mud.
  • During the mosquito season, it’s preferable to wear long, light clothing and use insect repellent, preferably bought in Quebec for better efficiency.
  • You must be in possession of your valid Quebec fishing licence at all times (if needed, you can purchase one on site).
  • For any motorboat operator, the proper licence is required.
