Trout fishing at a magnificent outfitter in Quebec

Fishing for sport is a well-appreciated outdoor activity. The enchanting site at La Seigneurie du Triton surrounded by lush wilderness makes for a unique and memorable fishing experience. The indigenous strained brook trout grows to an average of 10 to 12 inches. Each year, the bountiful waters of Le Triton allow the capture of trophy trout of more than 2 pounds, which will put you in the Over-2-Pound Club.

Brook Trout Fishing

The Seigneurie’s territory has been a renowned and appreciated fishing spot for more than 130 years. It stretches over 50 km² , includes 12 lakes and a majestic river runs through it, all of which offer exceptional fishing. You will be able to spend many peaceful hours coaxing the trout to bite. A fishing licence is even available on site.

Each year, over a hundred 2-pound brook trout are caught in the outfitter’s lakes. The more competitive fishermen will want to get into the Over-2-Pound club, but mainly, they will want to tackle the challenge of being the one with the biggest catch! Become a member of the Over-2-Pound Club.

A Fishing Stay for All Tastes

In addition to the standard American or European plans fishing packages, we also offer a variety of packages to suit your needs.  For those wishing to learn fly fishing techniques from our experienced guides, you could enjoy the Fly Fishing package, if you are a gourmet wanting to combine your food and fishing passions, you will be amazed by the Gourmet Fisherman package, to introduce the whole family to fishing, nothing better than the Ready-to-Fish package,  which is inspired by the program set in 1997 by La Fondation de la Faune du Québec to introduce Quebec’s children to fishing to ensure a succession for this magnificent sport.

Friends and family members accompanying a passionate fisherman, but less eager, can enjoy the services of nature guides who have a whole range of interesting outdoor activities to offer at the resort. Alternatively, they can seek adventure on the hiking trails.
